Walter C. Ward graduated from Loma Linda Medical School in California and began practicing medicine in Central Florida in the early 1960's. For nearly a decade, Dr. Ward provided Orlando-area families with internal medicine, pediatric, orthopedic, and obstetric care.

Having a great interest in the law, he attended and graduated from the University of Florida Law School and became a member of The Florida Bar in 1971.  From that point forward, he devoted his professional life to the practice of law, representing victims of medical malpractice, and personal injury. Dr. Ward is one of a small number of lawyers in Florida who is also a licensed medical doctor.  Along with Tony Caggiano, he founded Ward & Caggiano, P. A. in 1987.
